This day in 2013 at Pizza Hut, SM City Cebu, I met and had a stamp talk with P.K. Gupta, a Singapore-based Indian stamp collector.
He is EMC International SARL's Senior Director and Chief Architect for Asia Pacific and Japan.
He is also one among many foreigners I met who joined Cebu Stamp Club.
