In 1994, her interest for stamp collecting began. Everytime her aunt received letters from a fiancé who worked in KSA, she would ask for the stamps on the envelopes.
By the time she was in first year high school, her love for philately increased as her class had lessons on the subject.
A working mom based in Iligan, She still continues the hobby to this day.
