The Month Of Libraries, Information Services And Stamp Collecting

November is Libraries and Information Services Month which celebrates the invaluable service that libraries and information centers render.

It is also the National Stamp Collecting Month (NSCM), pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 494, to maintain and increase postal awareness and interest in stamp collecting of the Filipinos across all ages.

Stamps were released to highlight the value and history of libraries in the country 🇵🇭
