Carlo was only 16 when he came with Danny Cerence in one of the 1997 meetings of the club.
He mentioned he brought a Philippine map stamp that has four parts. It was actually a se-tenant block of four stamp.
He was a regular attendee in our meetings every month at the University of Cebu and collects worldwide.
John Carlo Base is now based in the United States and renewed his membership today with Membership ID No. M97033 🇵🇭
