A year before Cebu Stamp Club was born, yours truly joined Nathypex '95 and won Vermeil for my Philippines entry: Spanish Philippines, A Retrospect Through Philately.
When CSCI was launched in 1996, former presidents Salvador Toong Jr. and Fr. Louis Boeren, MSC as well as some board of directors and members from another club joined to form the new organization 🇵ðŸ‡
