The newest stamp series featuring endangered species will be released on April 15, 2010 by the United Nations Postal Administration (UNPA).
Launched on March 3, 1993, the Endangered Species series feature varieties of plants, cacti and trees. The stamps highlight the need for the protection of endangered species all over the world.
The set of 12 stamps in the latest series were designed by Rosie Sanders who hails from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
