This time of year, Filipinos are mostly preoccupied with the preparation for the graduation ceremony of a son or daughter who has completed an educational level either in kindergarten, elementary, high school, vocational, college, or graduate school.
For the Filipinos, a person has truly graduated only if they have "marched" and received their diploma onstage during the graduation ceremonies.
To honor all the graduates, the Philippine Postal Corporation (Philpost) issued stamps on April 15, 1994.
