Philippine Folklores and Legends: Amihan
A new definitive stamp featuring Amihan was issued by the Philippine Postal Corporation (Philpost) on September 28, 2012 for the Philippine Folklores and Legends series.
The P7 stamp has for its design the goddess Amihan who is the personification of the Northeast Wind. She
is often represented as a beautiful, long-haired woman who brings cool
breezes and safety to fishermen and seafarers, as long as they please
her with their good hearts.
Nemi Miranda Jr., NCCA did the stamp's design while the layout was by Victor Serevo.
